Experienced Café Supervisor Wanted

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Proven Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
    •    Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
    •    Customer Focused: A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
    •    Operational Expertise: Knowledge of café operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling. Also being able to manage KPIs . 
    •    Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can maintain high standards even under pressure.

• Must have RSA (required)
• Food handlers certificate (required)
• Any hospitality management/supervisor certification (preferred)
• Also being familiar with the Ordermate system (preferred)
